Opportunities to Get Involved
ATG 2015 General MeetingSaturday June 6, 1:00-3:00 pm
Musical Theatre Southwest
6320B Domingo NE
The ATG General Meeting is for all ATG Individual Members and Organizational Liaisons.
Among the many things to be discussed will be the Nominations and Election of our 2015-16 Individual Member Board Representatives. We have Board positions that need to be filled beginning July 1, 2015. The ATG Board meets the first Saturday of each month from 10:00 am to 12:00 pm. The terms are for 2 years. We are looking for people interested in helping in many different capacities: Social Media, Fund Raising, Event Planning, Membership, and Publicity are a few.
We, the Board, encourage you to “toss your hat into the ring”. You will need to put together a small synopsis about yourself at the General Membership Meeting where nominations and elections will take place. We encourage your friends and peers who would like to become an ATG Individual Member to come to the meeting and get signed up.
There are currently 3 Board Positions opening up this year, 1 is for Individual Membership. There are also two other Individual Membership positions that have reached the end of their current term and renewing or replacing those current board directors will also be voted on.
We will be giving away a FREE three-year ATG Individual Membership at this meeting--you must be present to win!

Spread the Buzz about ATG!The Albuquerque Theatre Guild's Buzz Committee is charged with getting the word out to Albuquerque and the world about our vibrant live theatre scene. We coordinate the production and distribution of the twice-yearly brochure Albuquerque Spotlight on Live Theatre. We have a Facebook page and a Twitter page that we send info out on. We see to it that press releases and calendars about our member theatres' shows go out regularly. We are starting a new campaign to attract visitors, "Plan A Day to See A Play in Albuquerque" with funding from a grant from the NM Tourism Department which Buzz Committee members wrote. We speak to groups interested in learning about ATG.
We need you!To help with all aspects of East Mountain Centre for Theatre productions.
