Benefits for Member Organizations, 2009 -10
Governance. Member organizations choose representatives to the ATG Board of Directors.
Website privileges. Each member organization is featured on the ATG website at http://www.abqtheatre.org along with a link to its own website or a page on the ATG website. Members have posting privileges on the ATG “What's On/Performances”, "Auditions", "Events" and “Call Board” pages. Instructions for posting organizational information are available here.
Cooperative advertising. Member organizations share in joint publicity initiatives, such as the ATG brochure, “Albuquerque Spotlight on Live Theatre,” and rack cards widely distributed.
Advocacy. The ATG speaks on behalf of the theatre community to government agencies, community organizations, and media.
General auditions. Representatives and directors from member organizations are invited to attend ATG-sponsored general auditions at which local performers showcase their talents.
Workshops. Member organizations are invited to attend ATG workshops on different aspects of performance, production, and theatre management.
Social events. ATG sponsors social events at which member organizations can meet and mix with colleagues from the greater Albuquerque theatre community.
Mutual assistance. Member organizations help each other locate resources, such as costumes, props, technical assistance, and rehearsal space.
Business affiliations. ATG is working to build a network of partnerships with business and service organizations.
